Annual program price $129

Our services go above and beyond to keep you protected and give you peace of mind. Our yearly maintenance includes each of the following benefits:

Complete safety inspections on up to three garage doors and garage door openers in your home
Thorough inspection of all nuts and bolts by our trained technicians for defects
Maintenance lubrication of all rollers, pulleys and cables
Spring adjustments
Complete service on electric door openers, which will include chain tightening, setting limit switches, and lubrication of the whole drive mechanism
Free check and replacement of keypad batteries and transmitter batteries, when needed
When completed, all safety issues and needed repairs will be provided in writing
We’ll review the task list with you and provide you with an additional copy, with service receipt included
Service technician will discuss all necessary repair and/or replacement suggestions with you before departure

The online appointment process was flawless, and the follow-up communication was friendly and professional. The best part was when Cody showed up and immediately started offering needed advice on the status of our existing garage doors. He was helpful and always offered what would be considered REPAIR options, instead of talking about REPLACEMENT, which I appreciated. Cody was willing to offer conversation and education about the existing equipment that we had. I was absolutely impressed with the entire process and want to give extra credit to Cody, as he exceeded any expectation that I might have had. I contacted norms the next day and they were able to get somebody out the same day. Service was quick efficient and done went very well. We have ordered a garage door through them in our waiting, it’s installation so far service has been excellent.
